Born and raised in LA, Jamie earned both her BS in Human Biology and
Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. Her interest in
human movement stemmed from a knee injury she sustained playing on her high school
basketball team. Due to school district budget cuts, she lacked access to injury risk
reducing resources like athletic trainers and other professionals. Now, as a Doctor of
Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, she is driven to
help fill that missing resource for other athletes, so that they can not only ensure
longevity in their sport(s), but also ensure continual growth in sport performance and life
in general. Jamie is a strong believer that we are all athletes in our own way, and strives
to ensure that everyone in the community is equipped with the resources to achieve
their movement goals.
Her expertise ranges from working with young and upcoming
athletes to professional athletes in the UFC, WSL, NFL, AVP, and more. In her off time,
she enjoys surfing, diving, hiking, traveling, and enjoying meals with friends and family.

Co-founder of @hawaiimovelab
Born and raised in San Francisco, Peter earned his BS in Human Biology
from the University of California, San Diego, followed by his Doctorate of Physical
Therapy from the University of Southern California. Peter is a life-long athlete, having
grown up playing basketball, competing in track and field/rowing, and now a recreational
surfer and fitness enthusiast. Throughout his athletic career, Peter has experienced a
multitude of injuries that were successfully treated by some amazing rehab
professionals - thus sparking his interest in the exciting and rewarding field of
Performance Physical Therapy. He enjoys treating all types of orthopedic injuries, but
has special interest in preventative care and performance optimization. Peter strongly
believes that treatment outcomes are superior when a PROACTIVE vs. REACTIVE
approach is taken. During his free time, he enjoys surfing, exercising, cooking, and
improving his knowledge and skills as a Physical Therapist.
