There is a small, fenced parking lot at the entrance of the building.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Online only using Aquity Scheduling.
How do I change/modify my appointment?
Guests may cancel their appointment for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to their
scheduled appointment time by clicking the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button on
their original Acuity booking confirmation email.
Guests who cancel within 24 hours of
their reservation will be refunded 50% of the service charge.
We understand that things may come up last minute so guests may reschedule their
appointment at any time without penalty by clicking the "Change/Cancel Appointment"
button on their original Acuity booking confirmation email.
However, should we observe
a recurring pattern of last-minute rescheduling, we reserve the right to implement a 50%
late notice fee for future visits.
No-shows will not be refunded.
What do your recovery services entail?
Cupping Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, Joint Mobilizations, Coaching on Self-Recovery Techniques, Movement Analysis, Physical Performance Testing, Exercise Prescription/Programming
Do you take walk-ins?
Due to high demand, walk-ins are not currently accepted.
What conditions do you treat?
General orthopedic conditions such as neck/low back pain. Sports/Exercise related injuries including but not limited to: Overuse Injuries, Strains/Sprains, Dislocations, Fractures, etc. However, you DO NOT need to be injured to see us. We offer wellness/recovery services as well. Please inquire with a Move Lab Specialist if you have further questions/concerns.
Do you allow minors to use services?
All services, excluding medical services, are available to minors between the ages of 14 to 17 unless otherwise prohibited by local/state law. Minor use of services requires the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and additional restrictions may apply. Please see our terms of service for more details.
Do I need a doctor’s prescription to see a physical therapist?
No type of physician referral is required for a physical therapist to treat a patient whether it is for an injury or for preventative/recovery work.
What do I wear?
Please wear something you can move around in. I.e. athletic wear.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Although we love our furry family members, no pets are permitted inside our facility.
